2. Services Overview

Vozdushnaya-Chernika provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties across Canada. Our services include, but are not limited to, home cleaning, office cleaning, daily cleaning, and deep cleaning.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1. Service Requests

You may request our Services through our Site, by phone, or via email. All service requests are subject to availability and acceptance by Vozdushnaya-Chernika.

3.2. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking our Services, including property details, cleaning requirements, access instructions, and contact information.

3.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

Vozdushnaya-Chernika reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, equipment failure, or staff illness. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Pricing

Our service prices are available upon request and may vary based on the size of the property, the type of cleaning required, the frequency of service, and other factors. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect already confirmed appointments.

4.2. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic fund transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.3. Late Payments

Payments not received within 7 days of service completion may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Service Expectations

5.1. Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot gain access to your property, you may be charged a lock-out fee equal to 50% of the service price.

5.2. Property Preparation

You agree to prepare your property for cleaning by removing valuable or fragile items, securing pets, and informing us of any areas that should not be cleaned or require special attention.

5.3. Service Limitations

Our standard cleaning services do not include:

• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Cleaning of biohazardous materials
• Exterior window cleaning
• Cleaning ceilings or areas requiring ladders higher than 2 steps
• Cleaning of excessively soiled areas requiring specialized equipment or techniques

Additional services may be available upon request and for an additional fee.

5.4. Quality Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.

6. Property Damage

While we take great care when cleaning your property, accidents may occasionally occur. If our cleaning team damages an item in your home or office, please report it to us within 24 hours of service completion.

Vozdushnaya-Chernika is insured against property damage caused by our cleaning team. However, we are not responsible for:

• Damage due to faulty or improper installation of items
• Ordinary wear and tear
• Pre-existing damage
• Damage to extremely fragile items that were not removed or identified before cleaning

All damage claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Website Use

7.1. Content

The content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Vozdushnaya-Chernika or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may access, browse, and use our Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from our Site without our prior written consent.

7.2. User Conduct
